At Rave Eden, we want you to love your festival fit. If something isn’t quite right, we’ve got you covered.

📦 Returns & Exchanges

  • Return window: Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and hygiene liners intact.
  • Non-returnable items:
    • Sale or clearance items
    • Bodysuits, lingerie & swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
    • Accessories (jewelry, sunglasses, pasties, etc.)
    • Gift cards

⚠️ Items with signs of wear (makeup, pet hair, scents, etc.) will not be accepted.

🔁 How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Visit our Returns Portal
  2. Enter your order number and email
  3. Select the item(s) you want to return or exchange
  4. Follow the instructions; a return label will be provided if applicable

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
  • We cover shipping costs for approved exchanges.

💳 Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of return receipt.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If something isn’t right, let us know! Contact orders@raveeden.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and order number. We’ll take care of it.

🚫 Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or changed after being placed. Please double-check your shipping address and items before checking out.
